Return and Refund Policy

Important Note: We do not offer free returns — the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item must be returned in its original condition, including all parts, components, and packaging.
• The item must only show signs of normal inspection. Returns will not be accepted if damage is caused by negligence or improper use.
• Products related to hygiene must be returned properly cleaned.
• The product must have shown obvious defects upon receipt.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

Returns are processed within 7 business days. Yara Swiss reserves the right to refuse returned items if there are signs of use or damage not caused by us.

How do I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please send an email to: support@yaraswiss.com

Your email must include the following information:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• A photo of the product, if it is damaged
• Customer's full name
• Customer's address

Important: Please do not send the return to the sender's address. Yara Swiss will provide you with the correct return address after reviewing your request.

Cancellation Policy / Right of Withdrawal

A. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 calendar days from the time you received the last item of the order.

As our system is fully automated, orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled once they are in transit. In this case, you must wait until you have received the products and then follow the return procedure.

How do I cancel my order?

Send Yara Swiss a clear written request by email to support@yaraswiss.com, stating your intention to cancel the order.

What happens after cancellation?

We will refund all payments received, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We will process the refund within a maximum of 30 days after receiving the returned products.

Shipping Information

Since Yara Swiss ships products from Asia, delivery times can occasionally be longer. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. You must wait for the package to arrive and then initiate the return procedure.

To expedite the refund process, we recommend providing proof of return shipment.
