Refund Policy

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return my order?
Yes, within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, and shows only normal signs of use.

How do I return my order?
Please contact support@chloesidney.com with your order number, reason for the return, and, if applicable, a photo. Please do not send the item directly to the sender — we will provide the correct return address after reviewing your request.

Right of Withdrawal
You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the last item by sending a written notice to support@chloesidney.com.

After Cancellation
We will refund all payments received (excluding any additional costs for expedited shipping beyond standard delivery) within a maximum of 30 days after receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.
